The concept of the program is to assist first time home buyers with deferred loans that will make coming up with the downpayment and closing costs easier to manange. First time buyers can borrow up to $20,000 at 0% interest depending on qualifications. Applications for the program are made through banks, credit unions or other financial lending institutions.
