Ther...I think your post is missing something here. There is a happy medium between unrepresented (getting ripped of by the seller) and Buyer's Agent (getting locked in by the agent). It is to always use an agent, but refuse to sign a restrictive buyer's agency agreement. I haven't found an agent to be any more (or less) trustworthy with or without a Buyer's Agency agreement.
