July 2007 Real Estate Market Statistics for Ham Lake, MN--Including Lakeshore Homes Available

Spring sprung slowly for the Ham Lake real estate market. This month’s update continues to reflect the sluggish market with few sales and many listings. Inventory remains high in all price ranges.
