The Minneapolis Association of Realtors just posted their first video update of the year on YouTube yesterday. The January update on the Twin Cities real estate market discusses of the increased affordability index in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area. Housing affordability combined with amazing low mortgage rates makes it a very attractive buying environment in the metro area. Several indicators are down but there is still “an elephant in the room” with the foreclosures and lender mediated homes.
